    Tastes like
Lively fruit — plum, pomegranate — and some lovely savoury components in the form of black olive and dried herbs. A nice food wine, but not pretentious.
    Good for
A go-to for any time you need to sate a wine craving. A vivacious wine, great as an aperitif with light snacks and cheese.
    Pairs with
The acidity and fruitiness will pair nicely with charcuterie, cheeses, pulled pork, stuffed peppers, charcoal grilled salmon or blackened catfish.

    Why we're drinking this
Here’s an organic wine to fall in love with. Pronounced “jeer-uh-so-lay,” it comes from the Redwood Valley of Northern California from family-owned vineyards dating to the 1950s. With just a touch of Sangiovese adding red cherry and earthiness, this wine was rated a “best buy” from Wine Enthusiast magazine. It’s fruit-forward and lighter in style, with just a touch of oak.
