  • Bubbling Up! 90pt Bisous Rosé

    Tastes like
Vibrant, bright, and bold with lots of cherry and strawberry aromas filling the glass. There are even more cherry flavours that burst on the palate with the first taste. This is a lively wine that holds true to its strong flavours through to the final sip.
    Pairs with
Extremely food friendly goes well with a wide variety of cuisines. Try with creamy risotto or chicken with slow-roasted tomatoes.
    Good for
New Years Eve toast, or even just a catch-up session with your close friends.

    Why we're drinking this
It’s the season where everything is merry, sparkling and bright, and we can’t think of a better way to feel brighter or merrier than to drink a sparkling rosé. Bisous Rosé is made from estate-grown, Beamsville Bench Pinot Noir. This bottle by Maliviore is “composed of hand-picked grapes, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in older French oak barrels.” A great celebratory wine, but would be great with food too.

    Tasting note
Fresh, gently perfumed aromas with peach, apple, watermelon, pear, and biscuit. Gently moussant, this sparkling rosé presents strawberry, wild cherry, and honey, leaving a toasty finish with a mineral shadow.
