Pairs with: You will want to enjoy it with some Asian cuisine, it cleanses your palate after each sip. Equally easy to enjoy with roasts, grilled sausages and fish dishes.

Why we're drinking this
This exquisite Riesling from the Speck family is a limited production and made to age using the best fruit. This wine has a robust fruit and floral aroma. A fresh and light white wine with a touch of sweetness behind the crisp. It is unquestionably tasteful; you will thank us later.

Tasting note
Medium-bodied and dry. A pale, straw colour, well blended with rose petal citrus, and lemon aroma. This is a light and crisp, but full of fruit flavour.
