2019 Pinot Noir | Reif Estate Winery
Region: Niagara-on-the-Lake
The Reif family's vineyard is located in Ontario’s warmest sub-appellation, where sun loving grapes reflect the terroir of the area.
Tastes Like: Juicy red fruits - cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, with hints of vanilla and leather. An elegant and complex wine.
Drink With: Anything from BBQ’d salmon to grilled duck breast. A charcuterie board/cheese plate works nicely too.

2019 Cabernet Franc Estate | Cave Spring Vineyard

Cave Spring Vineyard was started by the Pennachetti family over 30 years ago and have established themselves as one of Canada’s most acclaimed wineries.
Tastes Like: Lots of lush black raspberry, cranberry, and cherry, with hints of cedar and graphite, some silky tannins.
Drink With: A grilled burger, roast chicken, a vegetable flatbread, or pair with soft cheeses like chèvre, brie, or feta.

Calamus is a boutique winery which has 42 acres of vineyard land and has won over 100 medals for their wines.
Tastes Like: This medium-bodied blend displays red fruit, dried eucalyptus leaves, and a touch of smoke, with some refined tannins.
Drink With: Braised lamb, grilled portobello mushrooms, or a big, juicy steak, fresh off the grill would all be great options.

2020 Inspired Gewürztraminer | Lacey Estates Vineyard & Winery
Region: Twenty Mile Bench
The Lacey family has worked together for three generations and takes pride in their premium, handcrafted, small-batch wines.
Tastes Like: An abundance of citrus, exotic tropical fruit, subtle vanilla, a hint of citrus peel, and a bit of spice.

2017 Sauvignon Blanc | Drea’s
Region: Niagara Peninsula
This wine was created by Andrea (Drea) Kaiser in a tribute to her father Karl, a prolific winemaker. Karl would make Sauvignon Blanc for his daughter and wife every year.
Tastes Like: Classic gooseberry, lime zest, grapefruit, and some herbal notes, making it both bright and fresh.
