Why we're drinking this
It’s a modern Bordeaux style, made predominantly with Merlot, so it’s approachable and easy to drink. It delivers a textbook Bordeaux character — elegance, lean structure, tannins and precise berry fruit — that’s great for meaty meals. It is an easy wine for sipping.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red. With tight aromas of candied red fruit, leather, vanilla and a hint of spice. A very dry wine, with bright fruit and zesty acidity. It’s lean but generous. A good wine for lamb chops, bavette and burgers.It’s bold, and might in fact clear your blocked airways.
