Why we're drinking this
It’s no secret we love Cava. We’ve been singing its praises for years. In fact, we reviewed this wine when it was on sale three years ago — and it’s even cheaper now. At three bucks off, there’s no excuse not to have several bottles on hand or to stock up for your summer pool party. With Cava, Spain makes one of the best-value wines on the market today. You get way more bang for your buck than with Prosecco (similarly priced) or Champagne (exorbitantly priced). Go Cava and you’ll never be disappointed.

Tasting note
A very pretty salmon pink. Slight perfume of red berries. On the palate, it’s quite dry and has crisp acidity. Hints of strawberry and red fruit. Juicy, refreshing and inviting. Hard not to slug it back. Don’t expect any deep revelations here, this is just a solid, celebratory wine. For celebrating the sheer act of being.
