Why we're drinking this
Sparkling wine should be a staple in any household — it’s versatile with just about any food and it brightens up every occasion. This sparkler from Chile comes from the Bio Bio Valley, Chile’s cooler and southern-most winemaking region. There’s nothing fancy here, just well-made wine from beautiful 100 percent Pinot Noir. You can stock up for the holidays, or just get yourself through Halloween.

Tasting note
Fresh berry fruit is what this wine is all about, with strawberries, blueberries and cherries taking the spotlight. It’s super clean and vibrant, with a lovely smooth mousse. Crisp acidity carries those fruit flavours along, and the snappy bubbles entertain your tongue. This is a dry wine, but the opulent fruit lend a lovely texture — it’s grippy but generous. Tip: Grab at least two bottles, because once you’ve finished the first you’re going to want a re-do.
