Holiday Gin Cocktail Recipe

Although we don’t need an excuse to shake up a delicious cocktail, there’s nothing quite like trying something new during this festive time of year. Gather your nearest and dearest to indulge in some classy, delicious holiday cocktails this season. Our good friends at Tawse Winery have put together a memorable gin cocktail and we can’t get enough! Roll up your sleeves and give their recipe a sip.

In a cocktail shaker, mix;

• 1 oz Tawse Gin
• 1 oz Tawse White Vermouth
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4-5 drops Tawse Lavender bitters
• 2 ice cubes
• Pour in a glass and add a lemon peel as garnish
