Another exciting month has come and gone, which also included a great lineup of wines featured in our February and April Bimonthly packages. We love all the wineries we included in both of our mixed and all red packages, and are thrilled to be able to continue supporting local wineries. Tastes Like: Lovely floral and citrus aromatics, followed by lively acidity with a dry finish on the palette.

2019 Cabernet Franc | Marynissen Estates Winery

Region: Niagara Peninsula

Tastes Like: Raspberry, cherry, black pepper, and a hint of elderflower. Medium-bodied with rich texture and smooth tannins.

2019 Chere Ella Barrel-Aged Old Vines Gamay | Studio Gamay (Palatine Winery)

Region: Four Mile Creek

Tastes Like: The perfect medium-bodied red. The fruit was cold-soaked to deepen character, creating muted perfumed aromas of fruit. 

Drink With: Chicken tagine with apricots and olives, pork sausages, or duck with plum sauce. Our mouths are watering already.
