Winery of the Month: Huff Estates
If you're visiting Prince Edward County, then Huff Estates should be first on your list of stops. Found on a peninsula in the county's southeast corner, spanning over 20 acres, Huff Estates is unlike other wineries you've seen. For the month of August we are celebrating Huff Estates as our Winery of the Month and helping you see why you should stop by — either in person or through your wine glass at home.
A Unique Wine Experience
Most wineries you visit will have a beautiful tasting room overlooking their vines. Though most are lovely to look at and experience, there is something different offered by Huff. For one, there is The Inn, where you can spend the night onsite and not have to worry about travelling around before tucking into bed. With comfortable rooms to enjoy, it's a wonderful experience waking up on the Huff Estates property. Not only does Huff offer exceptional lodging, but there is also a restaurant and patio for you to enjoy delicious food with Huff's wine list. Not to mention, every Tuesday throughout the summer has live musical entertainment! If that all weren't enough, Huff Estates is also home to the Oeno Gallery. Art and wine go hand-in-hand, which makes Huff's Oeno Gallery such an amazing destination in itself. Showcasing local and international artists, the Oeno Gallery is home to outstanding pieces indoors and incredible sculptures in their outdoor garden. Huff Estates truly offers an experience beyond just wine!
Wine is the Reason
Putting aside the offerings Huff Estates has beyond their vines, is excellent, Ontario wine. Huff is visually beautiful and begs for pictures to be taken throughout their property, but the wine they produce is also outstanding.
