On a 50-acre grape farm that has been a part of the Niagara landscape for 45 years now, PondView Estate Winery has officially been operating since 2010. Their grape growing experience along with a commitment to traditional, old world winemaking, makes PondView a pillar of the Niagara wine region.

A Winery Steeped in Italian History

After emigrating from Italy in 1965, the Puglisi family brought over a passion and expertise for grape growing. Today much of the Puglisi family are part of the winery business and are integral to creating their exceptional lineup of wines. When entering their tasting room, you are greeted by family members — both in photos on the walls and in person. It's a truly familial experience that you are welcomed into. We are happy to feature PondView as our September Winery of the Month and hope that everyone is able to enjoy the great wines we have worked with them to offer.
