The Kwaf Guarantee

We always want you to be happy with anything Kwaf sends your way and we are confident you will be! However, we also know that some things are out of our control. 

If you are ever unsatisfied with any aspect of your Kwaf shipment, we encourage and welcome you to let us know right away! We are always happy to fix things to make sure you have the best experience possible.


If you have any concerns about your order, just email us at and tell us why. We’ll take it from there and help you get the wines back to us—and give you a full refund for your purchase.

We offer free return shipping up to 30 days after your purchase date, on products still in their original packaging. 

  • You may try up to 2 bottles from your order and still receive a full refund. (We encourage you to taste that second bottle, actually. Bottle variation is not unusual, so it’s the best way to check for defects. Then we can investigate the cause.)
  • But… if you’ve opened more than 2 bottles, we have to draw the line. We won’t accept returns where more than 2 bottles have been sampled.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Once we receive your return, we will apply a credit to your credit card or your Kwaf account within 7 days.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, our credit may take an additional 2-10 business days to be applied to your account. (That’s out of our hands!)

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund if we perceive that a customer is abusing the policy.
